The project aims to create an affordable, modular, and scalable simulation environment to enhance clinical skill acquisition in high-impact medical domains. Utilizing open-source hardware/software, 3D printing, and modular architecture, this initiative will support competency-based training in CPR, respiratory interventions, vascular access, emergency care, interventional procedures, and ultrasound diagnostics. The CPR module features a mannequin with integrated CPR meter, spontaneous respiration and carotid pulse simulators, ECG simulation, and a CPR vest for real-time feedback, with mobile app integration for monitoring. The respiratory module includes airway management systems, lung isolation techniques, ultrasound training, and intercostal drain insertion modules, while the cath lab module offers realistic simulation of coronary, cerebral, and peripheral vascular interventions using 3D printed anatomical models. Emergency and critical care modules incorporate skill trainers for airway and procedural tasks, and simulators for dynamic hemodynamic and ventilatory waveform responses, along with advanced cardiac and neuro-monitoring. Vascular access mannequins support peripheral and central line insertion via both landmark-based and ultrasound-guided techniques. The ultrasound module enables realistic simulation of POCUS, transthoracic, and transesophageal echocardiography with a focus on hands-on insonation practice.

India is rapidly transforming into a dynamic hub of intellectual innovation and discovery. To support the science and technology ecosystem in the country, the Sree Padmavathi Venkateswara Foundation has created peer- reviewed funding programs that recognize exceptional researchers with the potential to achieve ground-breaking results in areas of critical national
importance. Our foundation provides these researchers with generous funding and empowering mentorship to generate knowledge and develop sustainable solutions of the highest quality, particularly in the fields of biomedical and agricultural research. We also work on projects to deploy advanced knowledge and improve the income of small and marginal farmers. We believe that by working together, we can create sustainable solutions that will benefit not only India but also the world.
