Prof. Sachin Mandavgane from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, was honoured with the Professor P. K. Bose Memorial Award 2025 – a prestigious national honour in Chemical Sciences, conferred annually by the Indian Chemical Society on distinguished scientists and researchers for outstanding contributions to chemistry. Prof. Mandavgane received the Sree Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Research Grant in Agriculture (2023) for his work on ‘Valorization of post-harvest agro waste using indigenous fibrinolytic enzymes’ We are delighted to see one of our awardees receive this recognition and warmly congratulate him on this well-deserved honour. We also wish him the very best for his upcoming Professor P. K. Bose Memorial Endowment Lecture at ACC 2026 to be held in Dehradun.
