Congratulations to Dr. Radha Rangarajan on being selected among the first cohort of INSA Women Associates

We’re proud to share that Dr. Radha Rangarajan, member of our Biomedical Research Grant Committee, has been selected among the first cohort of 70 INSA Women Associates (IWA) by the Indian National Science Academy – INSA.

The INSA Women Associateship aims to foster diversity, inclusion, and gender equity in Indian Science by connecting women leaders in academia, industry, R&D, NGOs, and start-ups with the Academy’s activities, creating stronger role models for the next generation of women in science.

Currently the Director of CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India, Dr. Rangarajan has over two decades of experience in translational research and product development in public health, and has worked across areas such as drug discovery, diagnostics, and medical devices, bridging innovation from lab to real-world impact.
